Mask Required For All In-Store Shopping

As per the Governor's Executive Order 2020-153, Section 3:

"To protect workers, shoppers, and the community, no business, government office, or operation that is open to the public may provide service to a customer or allow a customer to enter its premises, unless the customer is wearing a face covering as required by this order."

We take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously. If you cannot wear a face covering to shop in-store, we welcome you to shop online and use our curbside pick up or delivery service.

Get A Rain Check!

 Due to supply chain issues related to COVID-19, some items may be temporarily out-of-stock. We're working hard to overcome this. To help, we're providing rain checks, valid for 90 days, on any out-of-stock advertised product.

  • Rain Checks will be issued at the register/customer service desk
  • You will be notified when your item is available
  • All Rain Check items will be held for 7 days before restocking

Because your health and safety are our biggest priorities, we are offering over-the-phone ordering and curbside pickup. Here's how it works:

  • Call your local LumberJack Building Center and tell us what you'd like to order.
  • Park in one of our curbside parking spots, and call us when you arrive.
  • Our staff will bring your order out and load it into your trunk.

What to Expect When Calling In An Order

  • Orders cannot exceed $200.
  • Orders cannot include power tools, outdoor power equipment or Yeti products.
  • Within 45 minutes, our customer sales associate will call you back to verify that all items are stocked and update you on the total cost of your order.
  • This is when you will provide the store with your credit card information for processing the transaction.

What to Expect When Picking Up Your Order

  • Call the store when you arrive.
  • You will need to verify your credit card information (bring your card with you) and matching valid photo ID through your car window.
  • Our customer sales associate will load your items into your trunk. Your receipt will be taped to your order.

Tips For Staying Safe

Here are the easiest and surest tips to help stave off the coronavirus (COVID-19).

  1. Wash your hands often, for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water.
  2. Cover your coughs/sneezes.
  3. Maintain your personal space. Keep at least 6 feet from others.
  4. Sanitize frequently touched areas. (doorknobs, taps, etc.)
  5. If you need to go out, bring your own pen or other implements. The less we use communal things, the better for the time being.
  6. Of course, if you don't feel well, stay home. Have friends or family assist you and see a doctor if needed.
